What kind of cam should i go with? What are the differences? I know nothing about cams, let alone v8's! This is my first non truck v8.

I've owned:
-'98 v6 f150 4x2 (first vehicle)
-'86 300zx turbo (miss it)
-150cc chinese scooter (what was i thinking? I swear i'm not gay)
-'87 mazda b2600 4x4 (awesome little truck, now in a scarp yard)
-'85 k5 blazer shell (never got around to fixing it)
-'67 VW custom sandrail (death machine)

Curently own:
-'83 k10 scottsdale 4x4
-'07 subaru WRX
-87 mustang GT Vert


So yeah, not a lot of experience with modding or even repairing v8's.
