one my buddies jus baught a 89 gt i tryed to talk him out of it cuz he paid 2800 for it and personally i thought was only prob a 2200 car if that . but its not a bad car but it has me stumped . has bigger cam n other lil bolt on sht . the car runs good untill u put the gas pedal more then half way down . anymore then half the car is like done no power nothing hardly . he been askin me what i think it is but i told him idk . i was lookin at his motor today cuz they have elimanater kit for ac and dont have smog either . and then i looked on back of heads to see if maybe they didnt have holes pluged but it has to have older motor or heads or something cuz dont even have the holes back there where the polution tube bolted to . could any one give me some guesses what would think is wrong with this car . if jus ease into it runs damn good . but like said anything over half throttle its a turd and falls on its face it and wont do sht lol

run a koer test and check for codes, could be a dirty maf sensor or ignition related prob

i was kinda wonderin same thing bout maf sensor . idk what size mine is but one on his car is like twice the size as mine lol
