rocker adjustment help!!!!!

Default rocker adjustment help!!!!!

ok my question is can you adjust the rockers while the car is running i have frpp rockers with arp bolts with the polly lock in the middle.

no, not the way it's done nowadays on an sbf..........roll motor over until the rocker that you plan to adjust, it's lifter is on the base circle of the cam, meaning when you see the exhaust valve just start to open , you are now ready to set preload/lash on the intake valve for that cylinder, to do such tighten polylock down until you hit zero lash meaning a slight resistance is felt while spinning pushrod, then from there 1/4 to 1/2 turn max = preload now set, lock it down, then repeat the procedure for the remaining 15 valves
