Default Widest tire on stock turbine?

what is the widest tire i can go on my stock wheels? im either wanting to run a drag radial or what size slick would fit on the stock size wheels? I have an extra set of rims so a slick wouldnt be all bad

I said it before and I will tell everyone again. I put a set of 28" x 10.50" M/T ET Drag Slick on a set of stock turbines before and made 5 or 6 passes on my old 85 GT over 10 years ago.

I have 245's on a set of 10 holes and they fit just fine, I am planning on trying to run 255's on them soon. I'd say 255's are not a problem at all.

I wouldnt say you couldnt fit a 10.5 tire on it, I just would never run it any direction but straight....

That's the only reason I put them on there. The slicks were free hand me downs and the turbines were the only 4 lug 15" wheels I could find at the time. It worked for what was needed.
