theres a few things you can do

1) weld the plug in and weld a new one beside it
2) Go to your local auto parts and get a piggyback. Its a size bigger plug the self threads into your pan, and then theres another plug inside that one that you use to drain the oil. So when its done you dont take the first plug(the one that threaded its own threads in the pan) out, you just use the one inside it. Srry just trying to explain it for you

if the pan is out take it to a machine shop and have them fix it or if you wish they make tappered plugs to fix such, but I like repairing it properly for a permanant fix

yea i guess i could take it to a machine shop but i might as well see if it would be cheaper to get one from a junkyard then fixed... but something as small as that shouldn't cost much at all....

I heard that, We had a couple of good places to eat around my shop. We'd swap off small repairs for food all the time. (No charge and customer buys everyone lunch) guess that the reason I'm pushing 325, lol
