I just got this car and I need a little help. With stock heads which cams would be best for street strip use (besides my already installed E303)? What are the torque numbers for the heads(stock) and the intake? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why not just wait and do a H/C/I swap all at once. Not too much benefit in doing just one. All three of those parts work together to make power, and doing just cam won't yield amazing results.
Use the search feature of the forum, there is a lot to be learned by reading other threads.

you need good heads and an intake before you even worry about another cam change

I am going along as money and time permit. This is my daily driver. The Cam came installed but the heads were cracked. Also I am looking for rims, two 15x8 and two 15x4 weld racing or similar rims.

And you are looking at a cam, not cams.
