Default what is this pics inside ?

I had this on my car when i got it i never touched it but I was wondering what it was is it to adjust the clutch or is it for the brakes.

yea im gonna second that. looks like a jank jerry rigg version of a break proportioning valve

you turn the **** to adjust how much brake pressure goes to the rear brakes.

Rear brake proporting value, nice! ...looks like a clean set-up to me! ...does your Fox have rear disc brakes?

Yeah i dø have rear disc brakes 11 inch in the back 13 inch in the front cobra r set up. Any i dea on how to use it or adjust it

you adjust it to keep the rear from locking up before the fronts. i know a few people who use them as an imitation line lock on their drag cars. you just adjust it so no pressure can get to the rear brakes. would'nt be advisable on a street car though.

I fiddle with it today and losen it up i fixed a problem that i was having my breaks would sometime scrape while driving and make noises i had losen it up an i did not hear one scrape my brakes also felt better. I have a question does the fox body master cylinder share fluid with the brakes and the clutch?

You have a cable actuated clutch in your Fox...unless someone changed it at some point.
