mach 1 5 speed in a 95 gt

mach 1 5 speed in a 95 gt
does anyone know if a mach 1 transmission will fit into a 95 gt. i have a auto right now and the guy is selling the trans and ecu for 650. i know the input shaft will have to be changed to fit the motor but does anyone know if ill need anything else to make it work.
