Good deal on cobra intake?

I've got a stock 95 gt. This guy is trying to sell me the upper/lower cobra intake off a wrecked cobra 95 model. He wants 300 for it but I'm not sure what kind of deal it is. It looks good. Should I buy it then save up for some heads and a cam?

I'm just wanting to mildly build it and keep it as a daily driver.
