How do I get a rent-a-tuner?

I don't want to pay 400 bucks is there a such thing in which I can rent a tuner to tune a mustang?

You are paying for the tuners knowlage as well as dyno time (in most cases) plus on your car a ship needs to be burned. $400 is a good price depending on what it includes.
