minimal gains if it's just a head swap......and the p's have straigh plug access and a smaller exhaust valve

gt-40's, a set of 1.7 rockers, and a good intake manifold... paired up with a full exhaust system... 250rwhp all day long

My set up is:

GT40 heads from a cobra
1.6 Roller Rockers (Pro Form)
Comp Cams 35-302-8 cam
Cobra Upper and Lower
.550 lift Springs matched in the heads for the cam
BBK equal length shorties
Full exhaust
24lb injectors

the idle sound is mean and at 2500 rpm the car comes alive.

+1 to what Adder said. GT40 heads and a good induction will really wake the car up.

Gt-40 heads are not bad but i would even try to go with the new Turbo Swirl heads, there pretty cheap and defently a little better than the regular gt40s, but there a lot cheaper than the big brands with better heads but you get what you pay for. The Gt-40ps are primarily off the V8 explorers, they have small exhaust valves but obviously youll get a gain over the stockers but not much and considering you have pretty much everything else set up already i would try and get a decent set of heads to complete your set up, dont settle for junkers
