i was working on my car and noticed that the owner before me used ATF in the T-5? i am going to flush it what should i use? i hear dextron III, royal purple or the guy at the parts store told me to go buy it from the ford dealer which sounds over priced to me? what do you guys use/reccomend? thanks mike

valvoline dex/merc III. read the back it says for use of ford manual transmission. no need for royal purple overly priced product.

ATF is what was used stock so thats what i use
