Cylinder head bolts? Anyone know?

Cylinder head bolts? Anyone know?
This is my first motor build, so I am still working out the details and need a little help on the small stuff.
I am gonna be running GT-40 X303 alumn. cylinder heads in my 93 GT. The Ford racing catalog calls for engine bolt kit M-6065-D289 which is an ARP bolt kit sold by Ford Racing. Does anyone know the actual ARP part number???
I am sick of buying Ford Racing parts at marked up prices and when you open the box, the actual manufacturer is stamped on there, or it's actually their box. I called ARP they said they don't cross reference part#'s at all.
Or the Ford Racing catalog calls for M-6051-A50 (as the only other option listed). Which are torque-to-yield bolts. Why do these heads use this style, what is the major difference between the two besides only being able to crank these on and off a limited number of times. Is it because they mandate the graphite head gasket?
I asked a buddy about this and he looked on Summit for me as said that he used this kit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...1&autoview=sku on his AFR 165s and that it would also work for my alumn. gt-40's.
I am just double checking here as this is not something I do everyday, and want to get it right the first time. He said to go with a quality fastner such as ARP, over the torque to yield. Is the link I listed the right kit???
Thanks in advance.
