Question want input on headers all the way to tips. What should i buy?

I am thinking long tubes. But need input. I got an 88 GT automatic and want to order the whole exhaust at once. This is a street ride and not a track. But that dosent mean I am not trying to get max hp out of it. I am keeping the stock 302 and I am going to make it into a bad boy. Just need to know what to get. BTW this is my first mod.

A minor disadvantage to long tubes is the collector area is prone to corrosion on daily driven cars. I only mentioned this because I noticed you are from Alaska.

I love Alaska... you stationed in Elmendorf? I like equal length shorties > catted bassani x pipe > bassani catback... good luck!

I got quoted 600 or so on ebay for a full mac exhaust one time. You may be able to find it cheaper.

Long tubes are going to produce less back pressure, tuned length is good too, however!: some claim that they inhibit ground clearance... never any problems with mine so far...

I have my tubes running into a off road h-pipe, I dont have to deal with emmisions locally, if you do have the sniffer locally, keep the cats. Basanni makes a nice catted h-pipe.

From H-pipe back is a simple flowmaster setup, although, any cat-back setup will do, so long as they sound good

Hope that helps.
