Default Anyone using UMI lower TB enforcements?

I got a set and like my buddies set that he put on his there seems to be a small gap between the reinforcement and the floor pan when the reinforcement is flush with the frame rail. It's not possible to bend the enforcement to fit. Should I put washers in between the reinforcement and the floor pan? What have other people done?

I may just not put them on.

I agree.

If it really bothers you, oblong the hole the contol arm bolt goes thru, then just run a washer on that.

Why? It wouldn't hurt anything and structurally it would be fine as long as you only slot the reinforcement in the direction it needs to move. Besides the fact the reinforcement it there to strengthen for lateral moves and not the vertical ones, the change would be unseen if done right.
