Talking My New DD(tis a Stang)

Well, it has been a very busy week for me. I got my 95 GT dynoed and purchased a new 95 GTS Mustang. I got it to be my new "gas saver." Compared to my other GT, it's a Prius. It's opal forest(1 of 312 GTS's) and is a 5 speed(unlike my other one which is auto). I bought it for $3,100. It was in rough shape. But I spent the last couple of days giving it a full detail, a complete tune-up and adding freon(AC didn't work). And I've got to say, this car is a blast. It's much quicker than what I thought it be and it runs great. Who says these SN95's are complete turds(only the auto ones). The car is bone stock and has 3:08 gears. And it is a real GTS(not that big of a deal I know). It has V6 seats, no fog lights, no trunk release, manual locks & windows, plastic steering wheel, stock 80 watt sound system, etc. Other than AC, it's bare bones. The car is not perfect. It has been repainted(it's good looking but not great; several chips and a few light dents). The rear window tint sucks, so I'll replace that. The rims are slightly scuffed. There are a few electrical gremlins. The odo and trip do not work, so I have no clue how many miles it has. But it does run real strong. Heck, I would not be suprised if it pulled a high 14 quarter. Overall, I think I got a good deal and I am real satisfied. Let me know what you guys think. Here's some pics(it recently rained, so the car is slightly dirty again; interior pic was unable to upload). I'll get a vid and dyno graph of what my SC 95 dynoed later in another thread. Oh, here is what the car looked like before I purchased it(sellers pictures)http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/cto/1167680091.html

Thanks!! No, the GTS's could be had with the majority of the options that the GT's could. Ex: spoiler, pwr locks/windows, keyless entry, fog lights, etc. But they could not have GT seats, leather rim, etc. Also, to prove how stripped down it is, the car does not even have ABS, like the majority of SN cars out there.

not bad. I presume this one will stay stock? cuz we all know the first mod you make is the first step onto the slippery slope haha

LOL!!! Yeah, I bought the car stock and it's staying stock. I am tired of modding and all the headaches it bestows. I actually enjoy driving this one over my other one. Maybe it's because the A/C actually works in this car. The only thing I do plan on adding is a short throw shifter. The stock one is junk!

No, no, no!!LOL! I have my red one to still mess around with(A/F bung, better drags, quieter exhaust, 42lb injectors, tune some more, etc.). And technically this one already has an intake. It's got a K&N and I removed the air silencer when I got it. So I picked up 80 horsepower from that. LOL! And as for the exhaust, I actually think it sounds pretty good; nice and quiet.
