Help me decide on next project
so as some of you may or may not know i sold my 89+gt.
now i have the itch again (i tried using the powder but it didnt help)
and want a new project.
i love the 82 gt's looks but am worried about things like the lack of a t5 and the 7.5 rear.
how far can one go with this equipment? how avilable are parts?
i am also thinking about somethiong like a 90 notch. the forged internals, 5 speed and 8.8 is a plus in my book but i dont like them as much aesthetically as the 82's
my other option is an (insert furious look here) camaro.
i like 3rd gen camaros alot and wouldbe looking to get a 350.
i know this is mf but i want to get your opinions. im looking for a cool street car to mess with my
target is to hopefully hit mid to high 12's at a track and get the best mpg i can. it would eventually be my DD so reliablilty would be a priority as well (with gas milage being lowest).
this would be a lomg-term project so $$$$ would also be a small isue.
im willing to invest about 3k start up.
opinions? = p
