i just put on 4 new cobra R wheels and my right rear wobbles...the wheels are tightened completely but this problem keeps occurring..is this an axle problem?

How bad is the wobble? Did it do it before? Which lug nuts do you have?

swap the tire to the other side if the wobble occurs there = bad rim

when i had my chrome ponys on before it did it really bad so i thought it was a bent rim. i purchased brand new cobra R's and put them on and the wobble is a little bit less but my buddy still noticed it when i was driving.

Either the wheels aren't sitting flush on the drums, the drums aren't flush with the axle hub, or your axle hub is slightly bent with respect to the axle shaft.
