For what its worth, you can turn a auto into a nice Romper. I have heard autos actually run great or even better ETs than sticks. Autos with a nice shift kit are bomb digitty. My dad had a vette auto w a shift kit, and I loved driving the car. Shifted strong and tight and snapped.

The thing I like about that add is the disk breaks and those bangin rims.
If you can get him low on the price, take it.
BUT
Be prepared to spend a while doing a little restoration to the minor things for a while.
Mods for that car should be second priority.

Its simply preference, some people don't like stick, some people think its annoying as ***, especially in traffic.

Seems like this guys preference is AOD, by the way I've got a buddy thats got an AOD that would leave you in the dirt.

With descent mods you can whoop on a 5spd with simple mods (Intake, headers, etc) anyday.

I know the stick shift experience yada yada, but i just want something to cruise in and I think manuals are annoying, Ill try to look at it this week, My dad could paint it and help me do some body work. By the way, what is a insurance estimate for just liablilty.
Is installing a new windshield hard? What would a windshield cost at the junkyard?
