a little confused, but with your H/C/I combo 24#er's just not working! ....I would try & get some 30#er's ....and also take a look at the AF ratio!

Damn... 24lb 'ers should be more then sufficient though... think they only run out 'round 450 at the fly. I'd be lucky to push 360.. just can't see it.. although it's an option and I'm out of ideas so I'll look around.

Not true at all buddy.

Check out some injector calculators.
http://www.jtsvp.com/HP_Calculator.html
http://www.moddedmustangs.com/perfor...culators/#disp

With your estimated 360, and a 80% duty cycle (that is where you want)...you would need a 28.125 injector, thus surpassing the 24's you have. Its something to think about, and as I noted to you a few times, your using used 24# injectors, they could have issues.

Not trying to be a pest, just helpful. From everything you have said and done, its a fuel issue.

Well, can't argue the facts I suppose you're right. I'll try to talk to some buddies see if I can find some 30's or bigger with calibrated mafs... Pretty sure I can get some 42's, I know they're a li'l big but it's better to run rich then lean... If the knock goes away and the plugs come out black well atleast we've solved the problem.. might take a few days but I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for all your help everyone; keep it comming, it's greatly appreciated!

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Do you know your balancer is correct?

Ever try and run with the vacuum off the regulator?

Are you sure your MAF is calibrated correctly?

Try and run it without the spout in, see if that helps.

I don't know...just things I thought of, good luck.

I mean do you know it isn't spun and is reading correctly, not how it was installed.

I would also be interested in see how it acts running it with no vacuum on the regulator just to be sure it isn't a pinched vacuum line or something.
