Just bought a 88 gt with a built 93 cobra motor...Not sure how built.. He just said the previous owner set it up to be fast for some drag'n. Im trying to find a cheaper supercharger and run about 10lbs of boost...any help guys? I found this one but dont know if its a good deal... I can get everything for $1500

about 4 months ago there were new Powerdyne kits selling on e-bay for about 1800. They came with fuel pumps too.

I seen some vortech kits on ebay buy it now for like $1800 but i think its only 6lbs of boost...a whole 60 hp supposebly...Them should be good kits shouldnt they?

yes, vortech makes a great sc. if you want more boost you can always put a larger crank pulley on the motor or a smaller pulley on the sc. id do the crank pulley first because the smaller the sc pulley, the easier it is to have belt slip

RUN..save yourself allot of headaches and go with the Vortech.

get a kenne bell if you want to play on the street

you have to turn a centrifugal a bit to get boost from it

my friends new paxton 1220sl starts boosting at about 3500 rpm.

I cant even find a kenne bell for a 93 5.0 .... only ones i ever see are for 4.6's

Them are by far my favorite though...Im getting a 03 cobra when insurance doesnt want to rape me for full coverage
