Default How much is this sn95 worth?

I have a 1994 gt 306.. recently the #5 cylinder was losing compression and even more recently it started making an awful engine knock.. im just trying to sell the car as quick as possible its perfect for someone that wants a project car.. i was thinking about asking $4000 for it.. the clutch and rear end are in good condition the body is almost perfect and the interior does not need much.. it has 4 new mach 1 wheels on it and fully adjustable suspension with welded on sub frame connectors.. you guys think 4000$ is a good price?

The thing is that price is somewhat reasonable but you're going to have a hard time selling a car without a motor for 4 grand

You will never get it. There are too many nice Mustang 5.0s going for around $3000-$5000 and they require nothing more but simple repairs. It true value is around $800-$1500 depending on what it looks like. IF it has rust less than that. Normally, I wouldn't touch it unless I got it for $50 more than what a junk yard would pay. I believe that is true for everyone. You need to find someone who totaled theirs and needs a new body. Even then they wouldn't pay that much.

With the suspension work maybe $2500, as long as the problem isn't in the heads.

let's put it this way... I'm buying a 1995 mustang gt
next week with 65000 miles on it in awesome condition for 4000. Put it up for like... 3000 and see what offers you get.
