have you ever crossed out a stater if so then do that if it turns over find your bad connection but if you cross it and clicks again then its time to find you broken ground. another way they did it back in the day they took a switch and 2 wires, connected one wire to your battery an then to the switch, then took the other wire connected it straight to the ign. wire and when you flip/push the switch your car should oll over if not look into grounding the wire and if it still doesnt work its the starter has sat so long that the solniod does not previde enough power to in gauge it. OK got it started but now it seems to backfire through the intake and i don't know why that would happen replaced the idle air control valve today but no change
