Everyone on here is gonna tell you go with the mustang....that is an obvious...
from first hand experience with an srt4 I F**ken hate them. yes they can be a beast on the highway and thats about it. They have problems with breaking the ring lands on the stock pistons so be looking into rebuiding the motor. I have pictures as proof of that. I rebuilt a buddies motor for his 04. They can't get traction from a dead stop, slicks or not, torque steer is a bit**, aftermarket parts are expensive, and they are a pain to work on bc it being FWD. If you plan on running boost all the time the car is not gonna be reliable.

You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. SRT4's are not badass. Even if it went 10's...its still a neon! Enjoy the front wheel drive. If fart cans, loud blowoff valves, and goofy spoilers tickles your fancy? Go for it!
