high beams flicker
i have done a search on this but could not find exactly what i'm looking for.my high beams flicker as the car idles but goes away after driving.i know i just have a bad connection but can't seem to find.but besides playing with the multi switch and headlights,i'm kinda lost. does anyone know were i can find wiring diagrams so i can test it at diffrent points.i'm pretty sure it,s the multi switch cause the high beam indicater light flickers with it on the dash.allso i have a canadian car (93 lx) so it has day time running lights and i would really love to bypass the relay if i can find it,help there would be great too. thanx allot in advance

flick em back
sounds like a charging issue to me. considering how the issue disappears when driving. check grounds and have alt/battery tested

charging system ok,i'll just have to stop being cheap and order a new switch, sucks cause it'll cost me double by the time it gets to canada, costly on a hunch.to busy trying to get my window guide bar out of the door to replace bushings.thanx for the suggestions though.

manitoba is 261000 square miles and has a population of 1 million and 700,000 are in one city, which i am not.i have to drive 8 hours before i see a stop light or turn,as for the parts all i have available to me is ford dealership,i'm way up north and for aftermarket parts there is only a few and none in my province, and more costly than ording from u.s..any way it was a shot relay behind the drivers inner fender by the horn.daytime running light relay on canadian cars.

close,i'm as far as you can go on highway.if you want to see what we have check themustangshop.ca,or wmsracing.their prices are ok but limited selection.you americans have it good as far as selection and prices goes.canadians are taxed to hell anyway,i'm getting used to it.
