Default 88 gt ?

what is the best spark plug to run in a stock 5.0 with advanced timing (14 degrees), long tubes, off road pipe and flowmasters? with the timing advanced, what gap should i run with the plugs? thanks

I would run stock motocraft gapped to .052-.054( factory specs). You can run a slightly less gap too. I am running a .045 in my stock 95 GT. It runs fine.

i run SP-447s because of the gt40 heads

what do you gain by running a 0.45 gap in stead of 0.52? i pulled one of my plugs and its gaped to 0.55 so i now know that its to big.
im used to gm v8s with 0.35 gaps so these are huge
