Default Rear control arm bushings

I have a 93 GT, I am swapping in a rear that has 3.73's in it. The rear control arm bushings in the axle housing (the ones not pressed in the rear control arm itself) are shot, and I bought some NAPA ones to replace them.

Is there a way to get these in with a c-clamp or way to install at home? Any tips??

A shop quoted me $30 bucks to press them in. I just wanted to check before I go through the trouble of loading the rear on and off the truck etc. when bringing it down there.

THANKS!

We used a socket large enough to catch the metal collar and tapped them in. I measured the depth of the old ones first. For removal of the old bushings, we used an air chisel. I know Maximum Motorsports sells a removal/install tool for about $30. I have heard of people using a large C clamp as well.
