Default best single turbo for a stock maf motor?

taking a poll here on wht you guys think the best single turbo set up/and or turbo to use with a stock 86 motor running maf.
i thinking of doing the header flip to bring the exhaust up front to a y. fab everything up myself. i have several types of 5.0 headers, some t bird stuff which i hear work better for the flip, or i may just want to use a set of aftermarket shortys for better flow over stock.
so im not 100% sure what turbos would be best to use.looking for opinions.

in your opinion is it too much of a hassle for the t5 to be reliable for a set up like yours?
i would geuss your car should be making around 700-900 by looking at it.your runing speed density? right? what are you using for fmu?
my idea is i have a motor that has stock forged flat top piston, as far as i know no other 79-93 5.0 has forged flat tops stock, and the rest are cast or hyperueretic.so as long as my conncting rods hold out i can boost the motor and have no issues as long as everything else is done right.
i geuss set right it could work right with the stock ecu and maf meter. something like 10psi of boost.but it would probably be stupid to do it.
how do you have the pcv system set up?

First, I doubt Luckythirteen is over 700 horsepower. My guess would be mid 500's @ the wheel. Second, he is know longer SD' he is converted to MAF or at least a blow through MAF. His AOD is modified to withstand decent power. He is not running an FMU. As for forged pistons, 87-92 came with forged pistons. In 93 Ford switched to hyperutectic pistons. As for your internals, the stock 5.0 internals are actually really nice. The main restriction is the block. At 500rwhp is all I would do with the stock block. My car puts out 15psi through stock internals with hyper pistons. You can use the stock computer, but it would be wise to either get a tune or piggy back and tuner such as TweEcer, PMS or Quarterhorse. My PVC is routed from the rear of the intake manifold into two catch-cans and back into the valve cover. It works well. I hope this gives you some clarification.
