Default I'm thinking about buying this car--what would you offer?

I'm looking to get opinions on this car. What would you offer (realistically) if you were buying this vehicle.

Here is some info on the car:

-1991 LX 5.0 convertible
-89,000 miles
-mods: All Ford Motorsport parts used. Cobra upper and lower intakes with the 24lb injectors. Ford 190 lph fuel pump. Ford Motorsport E303 camshaft. Ford Motorsport 3:55 ring and pinion with spedometer recalibration. It has a Pro 5.0 shifter. BBK longtube headers with 3 chamber flowmaster mufflers. The Ford Motorsport clutch has 3000 miles on it. The rebuilt motor itself has 3000 miles on it too.

Here is a link to a video of the car:

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm new to this so I just want to be sure I'm not getting ripped-off.

looks like theres a leak coming from the drivers side weather stripping ont the seat. Could be a stain on the seat but looks like its wet. But other then that it looks pretty alright. id say 2500 would be a decent price?

I wouldnt think more than 4k, but thats just me. The low miles are a plus, and the interior seems to be in fairly good shape.

Oh is that 89,000 miles? thought it said 180,000 or something. If it is 80,000 miles then id say a bit higher in price :P

Yes, to clarify the body has 89k on it. The original block was used in the rebuild, which has 3k on it. Thanks again!
