yea well thats what some dude on an other website was bragging about but it could be internet bs

Well thanks for the replies im very interested in doing this if its dd able. Which it seems like it is !

Gotta love it,

i understand research is a must, but ill keep in mind what you guys said for sure.

all i have to say is **** gets expensive quick haha

buy the time the engines built the trannys gunna **** the bed too haha

the return should be totally worth it ! id probs go with the trick flow heads as well.

I DD mine and go on some lengthly trips with it and still muster up 24MPG

I dd mine just fine. I get about 12ish mpg city and try to stay off the highway. I have a focus as well for trips and winter but I prefer to drive this car as much as possible.

Hows the new engine holding up??? fixed the fuel rail issue I assume?

runs good so far. much more fun with the 5 speed. I try not to play with it too much until I can get the tune checked out so I can't really tell if it feels any faster with the new trans.

yes 12 mpg. I've got the pressure bumped up a little so it runs rich for the most part. other than this lean at wot **** that i've got right now.

as far as hci I'm running canfield 195's with a custom CI cam and a holley systemax intake. I'd highly suggest a custom cam plus the heads/intake of your choice.
