Proform 67015- What's wrong?

For those of you who have a Proform 67015 or a Black Magic 175, which are wired the same, I hope you could help me out with a problem. My fan was working well until last week. I chased all the voltages and had a good ground, so I figured the fan died. I ordered a new one from Summit and put it in yesterday and it did not want to work either. I have 12V coming in from the circuit breaker (B), a good ground (G), and 12V low amp (+) from a switched source making it to the fan. I called Summit tech line and the guy said if I have all that, then the motor must be bad. Someone please throw me a bone!

well the fans internal controler has to see a signalivate fan from the sensing probe when it reaches a certain temp....do you have the sensing probe in the radiator fins closest to the inlet??

I have the probe touching the top part of the radiator. That has worked with a Black Magic I had and the previous Proform. I'll move the probe when I get home tonight and see if that helps. Thanks for your answer.
