I know all '79 to '04 front seats are interchangeable. Does anyone know what the compatibility of rear seats is? Can '99-'04 rears be adapted to a '93 LX Hatch?

There are some modifications that have to be made but I have seen it converted a couple of times.

If it does not bolt right it, all you need to do is modify the track.

Thanks guys. I'll get them and see if I can do it. If not, its only $40-50 wasted.

On another note, I've got a pair of front T-Bird leather seats from a '96. I checked and the bird's rails are wider than the stangs. How hard is it to mount the T-Bird seats onto the Mustang seat rails?

Wow, to my surprise, the seats measure exactly the same width, an inch longer and 3 inches taller. So it looks like they'll fit size-wise but I'm not sure how to transfer the T-Bird seats to the Mustang rails.
