Default Can I tuck 28" tires?

When I go thru the traps I'm just about at redline in 4th so after I get the car tuned better I'll need to shift to 5th. Think I can get away with 28's and staying in fourth? And will they fit on my car? The rear is at stock ride height so I'm thinkin it will.

yes, my car was low and fit the 28's nicely. Why not just raise the rev limiter a tad. What MPH do you plan on trapping?

you shouldnt need a 28" tire... what does your cam card say for max RPM?

mine says 6800... and you'll be doing 121 at 6500rpm's

if you wanna go bigger, get a 27" tire

You are better off running a bit higher in the rpm's than EVER shifting into 5th gear.

You can easily get 28" tall tires under there. What size tire do you have on it right now??

why don't you try a 275/40-17? A 275/35 is shorter than stock.

actually thats what it is. i thought it was 275/35 but i just checked and its a 40. according to summit thats a 25.6" tire, so think a 27 inch would work?
This may also be a dumb question, but would swapping to a set of 15" wheels with 26's change my speed at all?
