body work question
I'm about to do some body work on my gt and decided I'm going to shave the ford oval off the hatch and might ditch the 5.0 logos off the fenders too.what do yall think about shaving the key cylinder off the hatch?I have the release button in the glove box so that isn't an issue I think.also I'm thinking about shaving the antenna off the fender is there something out there to allow me radio reception by ditching the antenna?

I have a deleted antenna with hidden antenna. The antenna cost me about $25, came with a booster and it works as good the the factory one, I stuck it to the ceiling in the car under the headliner.
The ford oval on the hatch will leave a couple small holes you will have to weld up, the fender 5.0's are just glued on - those are easy.
I personally don't think you would gain any extra by deleting the key holes. Plus if you have to get in the hatch area if the release doesn't work, that would suck. You might wanna put a secret pull cord somewhere to get it open if it fails.

Yeah yall are right.I'm just looking to clean the car up some by shaving a few things.I guess the keyhole thing has a little to do with security.I won't post it but I know how to get into the car within 1 minute through the hatch,so I figured deleteing the key cylinders it is much harder.has any one thought about relocating the solenoid from under the hood?
