another possible mustang...whats it worth?
 

hey guys ive been offered a 1988 mustang gt for trade for my bike, wondering how much its worth. its got 154000 on it, he says its rust free, never seen winter, and its "primered ready for paint". not sure of the motor mods or if its stock but will find out shortly. please keep in kind i live in canada with canadian pricing... would it be worth around 3500 without the paint? and is the primer in the picture really good enough for it to be painted? any ideas how much a paint-job would cost?

Around here that car would go for about $1500 give or take a couple hundred.

same here. that is how i acquired my own 88 gt- primered some catalyzed whateva that supposedly doesn't take in water... mine ain't pretty but looks like the same kinda deal. somebody started somethin' they didn't, or couldn't finish. a crap shoot if you can get it for a good price I'd say.
