front bumper fitment issue.

Default front bumper fitment issue.
I'm looking for detailed instructions on how to get the front bumper/coer to fit right on my 90gt.I noticed the bumper cover is a half an inch shorter than the front fender extention and the gap between the cover and the hood is about 3/4 of an inch.what can I do to make the adjustments so it can fit properly?
