Default strut mount bushings

Im installing a set of Tokico HP (blue) struts/shocks soon. I was wondering if anyone has installed polyurethane strut mount bushings when they did their struts? Is it worth it? Is it a bad idea? Since everything will be apart for installing the struts i could easily swap in the new bushings just wanted to see what you guys have to say about it. Thanks, Jay.

Why not just install a set of cc plates?

i changed my strut mount bushings to poly's before i got my caster camber plates. it was a pain because you have to reuse the metal part that the old rubber bushings are bonded to. to get the rubber off i ended up using a wire wheel on a bench grinder. i cant remember if i felt a difference.
