Default If nothing else, I was impressed.

This morning, on the way to work, a very nice, clearly modded 2000'ish BMW 3 series pulls up beside me.. I knew it was not an M3 but it had the wheels, different exhaust, lowerd ect. you get the idea... Not one to back away from a little street race, as trafic opened up he hit it and i down shifted into 2nd and pulled about a car and a half on him. I was a little surprised that he stayed that close.. thats not the impressive part, as we slowed to the speed limit he got over in front of me in the lane to get on the highway. it starts with a hard 90 degree turn then a huge sweeper to the left then another tight sweeper to the right.

My car has quite a bit of suspension work and I can get through the twistys pretty damn good.. this dude absolutly walked away from me like i was in reverse. I was totally outclassed, It was amazing the grip that car had, i was just shy of totally sideways in third around the first big sweeper, my car was holding its line well but kept stepping out forcing me to drift the turn while he was glued and sooo gone...

I was shocked that it handled that much better... I know our cars are more at home going straight but geeze...

Sorry I've just never updated my sig... I have adjustable Tokico's, Eibach pro kit springs, UPR rear lower control arms, rear sway bar. plus the frame is tied and adjustable camber plates or however you spell that.. also sticky Nitto's front and back 255/45/17 front and 275/40/17's rear.

Regardless he was gone.

lol road racing a bmw.......they will win everytime, I work on them everyday and the suspension on them from the factory is set up with a lot of negative camber as well as theh having independent front and rear suspension, even on the 3 series, the inline 6 in thoses are fairly peppy, and the 6 in the m-3 is a true 5 liter eater
