Question Cats w/o Air Pump

I have a 1994 GT with upgrades to H/C/I, T/B, MAF, 1-5/8 Shorties. My original upgrades were smog legal including a Magnaflow S/S X-pipe w/cats and Magnaflow S/S full system (2.5") all the way back. I have since had the car dyno-tuned including eliminating the EGR and air pump.

Can anyone tell me are the cats going to become a problem and/or are they costing me any significant HP?

Thanks,
DHP
