Default just posting how the engine is doing in the truck :)

engine specs in sig

1989 F150
3.55 gears and LS
295/50r15 tires in the rear

well in first.. no traction whatso ever only if i go easy on it

but if you start slowly in 2nd then floored it at the rpms slowly climbs to 3000 then the tires breaks loose again and you better hold on !! its like Vtech just opened! lol and 3rd it just burries the speedo! wow and they said the 5.0 was to small for the truck.. pf!! long live the 5.0's!!!

a vid is coming this weeekend it has a small oil leak at the oil pressure sender and an annoying! tensioner pully bearing screaming gotta take it apart and grease it but everything else is just awesome!

thanks for everyones help on the engine.. the other forum is for the truck itself

Shouldn't have put in a b*tch tranny then.

Go to the track, break it, and learn your lesson!
