I need new ones but cant seem to find them anywhere.....89 GT convertible.....for the driver and passenger side....the window is jumpy and needs to be replaced, any help thank you.

check the guide rail guides first

hmmmmmm for example, when i push it to go up or down its like jagged like its falling down steps as it descends..

check the motor then, there three little plastic nylon locks in the motor that keep engaugement clean and smooth...=window gear bushings

you'll have to pull the motors out and pull the cover off, most likely you'll find a bunch of little broken plastic pieces in there, but also if thiswere the issue, it'd have issues going up, so inspect the regulator and the slide rail and guides on it, if the guides are gone and or worn out it may be binding on the way down, mine had missing guides and needed gear bushings to fix it
