ok all fixed! went to autozone bought a new 715k6 belt and easy out. i had to remove the fan and shroud to get access to the bolts. they drilled rather easy and just using vice grips i was able to screw the bolts out enough/ 3/4 of and inch of the bolt was snapped inside. then i went to sears bought new grade 8 bolts. now shes back in action!

the bolts were like $2 each so $6 for those. the belt and easy outs were $26 but cuz i use my autozone card i got $20 off this time cuz i had 5 pts after this purchase so i spent a total of $12, a few hours of my time and some wendy's
