79-04 front seats will fit in any 79-04 mustang. Keep the seat tracks with the seat. The rears can be done but require more work. They are not a direct bolt in. I have not seen a write up on how it was done but I have seen it done with custom work.

The newer seats sit too high in a pre 93.

Maybe for someone who is over 6ft tall and is bashing their head into the ceiling. They do sit about an inch higher than regular 79-93's but still they bolt in just fine. Us short guys need that extra height lol.

Yeah I'm 6'5" and height is an issue.

It's not only height but your leg is pushing more down on the clutch instead of forward. Not quite like a truck but not as low is they are originally.

Also find my leg grazing the steering wheel. Not really a problem but if you are a hold the wheel and don't let go of it for a full turn, then you will see.

I know my short *** has needs that little raise up to at least see the hood and stuff over the wheel without straining on the 93 because of the steering wheel not being adjustable. Not really a problem on my 83 or 98.
