Default what clutch should i use?

Just wondering what kind of clutch you guys would suggest for a 351w ~450hp, T5-z, lightweight billet flywheel, scatter shield and cable clutch.
...Car will be street driven depending on weather.
Note: the car is somewhat light weight. Has fiberglass hood, front apron, trunk lid w/ spoiler, deleted seats.

Not something very aggressive, you dont want to tear the trans up, even though the z is a little beefier.

something of the "stage 2" variety should be enough.

I was looking at these two:

and

... and will these work with cable clutch?

i would choose the mcleod piece, but thats my opinion.
i have a long style clutch, if you are not into adjustments and modifying, stay with a diaphragm lol

Yeah, diaphragm is easier. Both McLeod and Centerforce are good clutches. I think the CF has a lighter pedal from what people say though. There are a lot of us that use them in DD vehicles.
