my county has emissions but the next one over doesn't so i'm not too worried i can just register it there, and like most are saying, i'll just hold onto the cat'd pipe for a switch if i need.

I have a off road H-pipe and I was able to get it inspected in west virginia with no problems. Its just about the people you know really. With me moving here to texas, now i have to get it re inspected. But luckily for me i met a mustang club last night that knows of a place
honestly a mid pipe is so easy to swap. i have both a catted h-pipe and an o/r h-pipe. i rock the o/r all year long til it was time for inspection. but now that mass doesnt require emissions for 95 and below i dont even bother swapping it n e more.
an o/r pipe will net you a few more ponies up top but loose a little low end torque oh and it will be slightly louder too
I wish RI would follow suit on that one. Then I would be free and clear.
Lucky for me, i work AT an inspection station....
Well no, but it's probably the most important difference? What would be the point of having a car you can't drive on the street? Just trying to give you sound advice. Of course you're free to do as you wish.
Im with you there. Im not tryin to yank my exhaust on and off every 2 years. But it still depends on where you live.
