Default Engine management on stock computer?

Hopefully somebody here has worked with the stock computer on a modified engine! None of the other forums seemed to have any clue....

The setup:

Eagle 331 rotating assembly in stock block with the bandaid.
TFS Track heat and 61CC TFS heads
32lb injectors, bigger rails, 255 pump
75mm TB maf blah blah blah...

Typical aluminum headed 331, gapped a little wider for a 150 or so wet shot...

QUESTION: How well will the stock computer run this thing, or do I need some sorta piggy back?

The Stang in question is an 84lx whos vin comes back to a 2.3L, however, the previous owner(s) at some point switched the car to a mass air 5.0. Im told the computer belongs to a 92 5.0 GT..... But I've yet to pull the computer out to figure out what it actually is. This setup is actually a colaboration of used parts I've picked up cheap going into a $500 car.... An experiment if you will.

The car did run before, but nitrous experiments put an end to it.

Yes you will need a pcm tune. If the car is running with mass air then the pcm would have come from an 89-93 mustang.

I found website that gives lot of info on the different computer and other good info you might want to check

http://webpages.charter.net/darrell1/mustang_efi.html

From what i get after reading that site the A9P is the best computer to have.
