Mustang project,Should I bother?
Hi,I have a chance to buy a 1986 Mustang GT with no motor or tranny for 500.The car has no rot.I have a 302 with a 3 speed auto tranny sitting here I was going to sell. The motor is out of a 1968 Ford Torino and only had 60,000 original miles.I was thinking of putting it in the GT roller.Should I bother?I have never done something like this before and just wanted some opinions on it.Would I run into a bunch of problems that I don't yet know about? Thanks

the whole thing will get expensive expecially if you decide to turbo it, a turbo build isn't a simple as slap a turbo and go, the motor must be built for it/ have proper compression then proper heads, special blow through carb and carb hat and a tune in the end with proper ignition system , proper cam, ect, ect, you start to play you start to pay!:)
