Default Driving slow

Just wondering if other Mustangs have this problem.
Cruising at a constant speed in 1st and sometimes 2nd.
Just above idle, like 1200rpm.

My car starts to buck no matter how steady you hold the throttle.

Just wondering because I don't have this problem in my Ram and my sister's Passat would not buck even if you got in and out of the throttle.

I am particularly puzzled on what weight loss product to order, since there are so a number of choices in the market. The latest hypes on Oprah similar to hoodia gordonii or coleus do not make this matter any more straightforward. I really don't have an idea where to begin, should I opt for an exact fat loss program, routine of exercises...All I came to realize is that an alteration is required. And this change needs to take place now.
WTF!................

Is it only stockers? How about a carbed version, different flywheel, stroker swaps etc?

it should not surge as such expecially with a stock cam,I'D run a koer test and check for codes, if none exist check fuel pressure and for vaccum leaks that'll cause lean conditions and if it is MAF equipped, clean the maf
