wrong....

94-98 is 3/4" wider on each side
99-04 is 3/4" wider than 94-98 and utilizes a wider axle housing as well

Yea, thats my fault, it was just the fronts. I was thinking the rear too lol.

Anyway, 3.73's are always nice for a 5 speed and 4.10's for auto.

When I was debating on gears but had the same mindset as you, someone told me the AOD's came with axle codes X (2.73 which I had) and M (3.27). So I went 3.27. With an AOD it cut my mileage down a lot, but the car is slightly more fun to drive. I'm probably somewhere in the low 2,000 range when I use to be in the 1800 range @ 75.
