Default Need Help! New motor, starter will not engauge

Hey guys. I always come here when I have big issues with the stang so I hope someone can help as they have in the past. Firstly, the car is a 94 mustang GT. I just put a 427W motor in that I have not started yet. I think that I have a lead on the problem so heres the questions I have.

1. Wth connects into this harness?

2. What is the big fuse with the clear top in this picture (top center)? Where does it connect? I'm asking because I tested it with the fuse out of the sockets and both sides are hot. All that I could see in the ford manual is 'Ignition Switch' which was the label for the 2 under it as well...thanks ford.

sounds like if you got the power to the starter alright...see if you can hook it up to a push button start inside the car instead of it going to the key.

Hey, I thought about doing that but decided against it. Can anyone tell me what those pics are of I really think that my problem is linked to them.
